    It is not a bug, rank access is not automatic, it must be promoted by the forum staff. The demotion is automatic by the system.

    Keep posting so the system doesn't demote you.

    The system works as expected, the rank increase is not automatic, this is done to avoid spam.

    Yes, the rank up process is manual. The process of downgrading is automatic.
