Tiene que Tener el Logo del Foro.

Tiene que Tener el Nombre del Creador y el Lenguaje de Programacion en que fue Creada.

No Puede ser Codigo de Terceros o Modificados de Otras Tools.

La Tools Tiene que Tener un Tema Navideño en los Skin o en los Logos.
