Found this around and thought i should share!

It Encrypts selected files and asks for money (or what you want) for data recovery.
Included is the :
>source code and binaries of encoder
>its builder.
Features:
It Encrypts files using XOR and TEA by Configuring masks of files search which are needed to process;
A pile of all sorts of different settings, such as the number of attempts to enter the password (see the screenshot);
Encoder was written in MASM32 but builder in Delphi 7;
The password for decryption is not stored in clear text in the build, but its MD5x5-hash is there;
A random offset from beginnings of files for each build for encryption;
update:
-packaging with UPX when the default
-changing a wallpaper on desktop
-there is feature to drop into autorun
-dropping of text files with info (the text which is entered in the builder is written into files) everywhere
-in all dropped and encoded files, date of change is not changed
