How do I use booters ?

Recently I got some booters and there're tons of sql files in it. The problem is I don't know how to upload these sql files or edit it to mine, I'm completely blind about SQL stuff, can someone help me or show me how to upload these sql files to use these booters ?

I guess the question was that you have databases in SQL format and you want to load them into that project.

What is the project? Because I'm really lazy about having to set up a server to find out your question.

Well find out what your project is, as @F B I told you, you have to upload the files to your server, create a database and configure the db.php file with your database data, After that the installation starts, probably install.php
