A VPN service will not ensure 100% anonymity
There are many other settings, such as cookies, flashplayer, DNS, timezone, and anything else that can leave traces behind.
My opinion is that for nothing you use a VPN service, and you want to be 100% anonymous, but you will continue to access certain accounts that you have accessed at least once using the real IP.
You need to make yourself a new identity, to stay away from social sites like facebook, instagram, etc.
My opinion : Your PC > Double VPN > Tails > (tor) RDP > VPN > and here others changes,
