This is a SilverBullet config, not an infected file or even an archive like OpenBullet ones.
The detected domains are Netflix (for login/session) and geolocation.onetrust.com (used to parse the country).
I recommend you check these files manually instead of using auto-check systems — there are ways to bypass those and get false flags.
