@itsMe sir , i tried a lot 

Set panel it's working on loclhost ( wamp)

Set android apk with Anubis source using Android studio , with differ panel url like : 198.146.x.x , 127.0.0.1,10.0.2.2

Even tried with ngrok tunnel url ,

In network TCP i found it's connecting to o1o/a14.php and others too ,

But at the end it's not shown in panel 

Help plz...

 
I have got this file from somewhere but can't get the builder to work.
