ArcoLinux is going out of business
is an open source operating system developed by a group of Belgian programmers based on ArchLinux.
Closing down after 8 years of existence. Eric Dubois (the creator) announced that the project will stop releasing ISOs, applications and scripts on July 1, 2025. The project's social networks will also be deactivated soon.
Reasons:
— Eric Dubois' personal reasons: the author does not strive for new ambitious plans and wants to slow down the pace of life.
He plans to work on Linux purely for fun, without the pressure of managing a major initiative.
— The appearance of minor errors that affect the quality of work due to the loss of concentration and attention of the project creator
