i know how to decrypt it from image but i dont know how you encrypt it

HUM just say pass is symbol or text? i tried 4000 words wich was in hex and still not found password .... are at least someone able to crack this password?

we USE HEX editor and video tutorials, but WE CANT decrypt the password.
