Why is that I actually got lucky with one email and password from combolist.txt file and was able to login to Disney+ but everything else was asking for OTP 2FA SUCKS!! is that why its useless. Then what are the combolists used for?

The situation you describe could be due to two things.

1. Because the configuration you use allows the combos that OTP asks for.
2. Because before it didn't ask for OTP but since it was shared so many times the user activated the OTP.
