Speaker recognition script

The script is a Telegram bot for recognizing speakers from voice messages using a neural network model.

Functions:

🟢 Receives voice messages
🟢 Analyzes the voice and identifies the speaker
🟢 Shows a list of known speakers ( /speakers )
🟢 Powered by MFCC features and a neural network trained on PyTorch
